Quiet(t), Henry Clay
BTW - this is the only Quiet(t) listed in the rosters. After serving 3 years, his Company was in the trenches at Petersburg in that terribly cold winter of '64. He had fought in every major battle from Seven Days to Cedar Mountain to Second Manassas to Chancellorsville, to Gettysburg, where he was a part of Thomas' brigade, so I don't think there's anything to be ashamed about. Thousands of men were returning home that winter - Henry just happened to get caught.
